You may or may not be familiar with Microsoft
Excel. If you are not, this workbook is designed in a very "user friendly"
format. You just enter information in each cell, and the workbook does the
real work. What could be easier??
The first "page" (in Excel we refer to them as worksheets, and the actual document is a "workbook") is called "Instructions." It is a general guide, like a "quick reference" to each worksheet.
The instructions go "worksheet by worksheet" to remind you of the purpose of each page. Many of the various worksheets, such as the invoice and file labels require you to make only 1 entry to gather ALL your information. Does it get any simpler than that? I think not!
In addition, I list my contact information at the top of the instructions page. If you get stuck confused, or just have a question, I am just an IM or e-mail away. I will be happy to answer any questions and assist you with this. That is part of what you are paying for! |
